Text Box: Our Mission… To bring the best and freshest coffee possible to the DFW Metroplex.  We are committed to GOOD quality, both with the farmers and farms that produce our coffee, and in the cup that is produced with our coffee.  We are committed to FRESH coffee by keeping inventories small, delivering often, and stamping each bag with a roasted-on date so you know exactly how fresh our coffee is.   We are committed to being LOCAL.  This means we’re not trying to take over the world, because we know that if we did that, GOOD and FRESH would be sacrificed in the name of expansion.  Therefore, we named our coffee after our own neighborhood.  How do we do this?
