Our coffee is delivered fresh. Coffee is a food product that stales just as a loaf of bread would. Just as you check the date on your bread, you should know the date that you’re coffee is roasted. Coffee from the supermarket can sit on the shelf for weeks or more after it is roasted. We deliver or ship within a day of roasting. Check the bottom of your package for the roast date.

We sell only high quality beans. We buy from the distributors who sell the best beans. We cup all of our coffees so that we know exactly what our products taste like, and can ensure that the coffee is excellent. Excellent quality coffee is the best way to promote sustainability for the farms and for us.
Taste the Globe
We offer a wide variety of beans that you won’t find outside of a specialty coffee roaster. We have consistent offerings of great beans that we strive to always keep in stock. In addition, we have special offerings from unique farms and co-ops so there is always something exciting available.
Taste with a Clear Conscience
We buy coffees that promote fair prices for the farmers. Coffee is a historically oppressive industry and many commercial companies continue to exploit the farms of the producing countries. Fair Trade initiatives have made great strides in the awareness of these injustices. Other coffee initiatives such as Direct Trading and ‘Cup of Excellence’ programs go beyond what Fair Trade does to work directly with farmers, and also to reward quality coffee with higher than Fair Trade prices. We buy coffees that promote these initiatives.
Taste Natural
Many of the coffees we offer are Certified Organic or naturally grown. Organic certification ensures that farms are using natural means of fertilization and avoiding chemical pesticides. However, Organic Certification is expensive to obtain and many small farms that we buy our coffee from use natural cultivation methods, but cannot afford the certification. We label these coffees as “Natural’ on trust with our partners and the farms.
