We only roast to order to maximize freshness. Upon receiving your order, we will fulfill it at the next scheduled roast day. We roast at least once a week (typically Wednesday) and will deliver or ship within 24 hours of roasting. Orders must be placed no later than midnight prior to the roast day. |
